Our Meat Department/ Butcher shop has a large selection of USDA Choice Beef and meats cut fresh daily. Our butchers are masters at their craft and will prepare top choice cuts of the highest quality. We also offer fresh deli meats cut to order at our Deli counter. If you are on the go with little time to spare, stop by and pick up some already prepared selections such as RUTHFRED’S OWN homemade meat balls, stuffed pork chops or chicken breasts, with homemade stuffing. We also have Fresh Kielbasa, and Homemade Sausage in Italian/Link or Bulk.
